Yzaguirre Rojo Reserva Vermouth is a Spanish vermouth with a mahogany red color and rich aroma of ripe blackberry, cassis, dried cherry, even a tart cranberry note¹. It has a bittersweet palate that echoes the nose and exits with light bitterness, including gentian, grapefruit pith, and just the faintest espresso tinge. It is aged for 12 months in brandy barrels, which give it consistency and character. It is highly aromatic, velvety and pleasant on the palate, with woody, herby and spicy notes reminiscent of ripe fruit. It is perfect as an everyday aperitif or an early evening drink.
